Rick M. Smith has been a student & teacher of Scripture for more than 45 years. His ministry career has also included being a singer, songwriter & recording artist, traveling throughout most of the United States and Canada as a performer in Southern Gospel Music. He lives in Russellville, Arkansas, where he works as a licensed funeral director and bi-vocational pastor of a local Baptist church. In addition to his writing, Rick expresses other creative skills in art graphic layout design, audio/video editing, and freelance voice-over projects. Rick studied for ministry at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, and Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. He and his wife, Carol, have three grown children and four grandchildren who keep life young, exciting, and deeply meaningful.
